Personal Assistant for CEO in NYC

Monica Yates is a trauma coach, period and embodiment expert who is known for being a thought leader in feminine/masculine energy, trauma and holistic healing. Her programs have impacted thousands across the globe and this year is going to be the biggest year get for the business. With her book being finished, events happening and new projects on the horizon, this is a job that will have you on your toes 24/7 and never bring bored.  

We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a Personal Assistant to be the right hand to the CEO, Monica Yates. This will be a blend between personal assisting and marketing assistance. Our ideal candidate has a history of excelling in supporting high-level leaders, and being an integral part of juggling projects with several moving parts. You are someone that can work very well under pressure, is able to be proactive, assertive and self motivated. You do not need to be spoon fed  and have a high level of emotional intelligence and maturity. You love to learn and naturally go above and beyond to be the best at your job. This is an on-site role based in New York, for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding to full time based on performance. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • High-level personal assistance and house management
    • Making reservations and travel planning
    • Personal administration
    • House errands and shopping 
    • Basic cooking 
  • Business Assistance 
    • Event planning and traveling to events with Monica
    • Content photography, videography and editing for social media
    • Extract and repurpose existing content (from podcasts etc)
    • Cross-promote content across channels
    • Calendar planning and coordination
    • Client management (you will grow into this as you become more proficient in the business)

YOU ARE:

  • A high-achieving Type A who is obsessed with getting the details right
  • Organized like no other
  • Resourceful and great at figuring things out
  • Outspoken, confident and tenacious
  • A content creator who is active on IG, Pinterest and/or TikTok 
  • Open and ready for spontaneous travel (including overseas) as needed for the business
  • Passionate about growing both personally and professionally 
  • Ambitions and love to excel at your job
  • Someone that takes pride in your work 
  • Very proactive and trust your gut
  • Emotionally intelligent and self motivated 

MUST HAVES:

  • You’ve either been at the center of managing multiple projects or been the right-hand to someone in a high profile role
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role 
  • Able to work well in a team and responds well to directness 
  • You’re able to become full time in this role

BONUS POINTS FOR…

  • Being an Enneagram 2 or 3!
  • Working in a high pressure environment before 
  • Having a very strong work ethic ingrained into you 
  • Being tech-savvy with video editing and photography 

Must be within a 20 minute commute of Manhattan and able to work from Monica’s apartment in Tribeca at least 3 days per week (with it going up to 5 if you excel in the role).

Podcast Manager for Monica Yates Health Ltd

 

Are you a lover of podcasts, creative, and love being a part of a brand’s growth? 

Monica Yates is a trauma coach, period and embodiment expert who is known for being a thought leader in feminine/masculine energy, trauma and holistic healing. Her programs have impacted thousands across the globe and this year is going to be the biggest year get for the business. With her book being finished, events happening and new projects on the horizon, she’s in need of a podcast manager! 

We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a podcast manager that is able to do the back end of the highly ranked podcast “Feminine as Fuck” 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Making the description of the podcast 
  • Creating the graphics using the templates provided by Monica
  • Making the videos that are to be used on socials 
  • Writing the blog post to help boost SEO 
  • Sending out an email to Monica’s list 

YOU ARE:

  • A high-achieving Type A who is obsessed with getting the details right
  • Organized like no other
  • Fast worker without slacking off in quality 
  • Resourceful and great at figuring things out
  • Outspoken, confident and tenacious
  • A content creator who is active on IG, Pinterest and/or TikTok 
  • Ambitions and love to excel at your job
  • Someone that takes pride in your work 
  • Very proactive and trust your gut
  • Emotionally intelligent and self motivated 
  • Has a creative eye and can pick up the ‘brand vibe’ easily 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proficient in Canva 
  • Fast learner 
  • Proficient in Active Campaign 
  • Exceptional grammar and writing abilities 
  • And eye for creative detail 
  • Must have experience in podcasts and SOPs 

This can be an in-person or remote job and you must be available between the hours of 12pm-6pm EST time M-F. 

It’s vital that you can have a fast turnaround time of 12-14 hours in some situations as I work at the last minute and my podcasts are not always done in advance.

Approximately 3 hours of work per week
