Part of healing your relationship with food and nourishing your body is constantly yourself for your hard work. Your body loves you for eating well and you should
say kind and generous words to it. Let go of that mean girl, and try to start eating more mindfully. Make conscious food decisions out of a place of LOVE, NOT FEAR. Don’t eat to suppress your emotions, eat to give pleasure and nourish your beautiful temple.
This is something that I have struggled with and finally coming to terms with. It’s not an easy road and definitely, easier said that done, but once you achieve it you will have such piece of mind.
I have found that positive affirmations when choosing food and eating food to be very helpful. I have put together some small cards that you can print, cut out and blue tack on the shelves in your fridge and/or pantry.
