Wild Orange and Rhubarb Chia Porridge

Not only does this kinda taste like an orange and poppy seed muffin (YUM!!!), but it’s full of magnesium from the hemp protein and chia seeds which helps to sooth sore muscles and reduce stress. Magnesium is actually depleted when you are stressed, and the catch 22 is that when you are magnesium deficient, it stresses your body out, and then your body depletes your stores even more! Magnesium is needed for over 300 biochemical reactions in your body so you really can’t get enough of it. And with our soils being so depleted, we need to consciously eat more magnesium.
