1. Add everything (besides the toppings)  into a high powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour half of it into a glass, add half the coconut yoghurt and then add the rest of the smoothie mix. Top with the rest of the coconut yoghurt and garnish with some coconut chips and cinnamon – ENJOY!

To make the cauliflower and zucchini, simply steam it until tender in a steamer and then freeze overnight. Cooking it first is much easier on your digestive system.
