Avocado GOOD FAT Mayo and Sweet Potato Chips

HOLY FUCKING SHIT YOU GUYS. YOUR LIFE IS ABOUT TO BE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. @undividedfoodco has released the FIRST Australian Mayo that is made with OLIVE OIL and NOT VEGETABLE OIL I mean how fucking long as this taken and I don’t get why no one has done this before?! Anyway, it tastes like liquid gold and I’ve made your sweet potato game 100 times better with this avo-mayo dip to go alongside your cumin and cinnamon roasted sweet potato fries. Make them and tag me pleaseeeee! I wanna see all you babes crush your cortisol (at night), enjoy this mayo and get a dose of fertility food!
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup @undividedfoodco GOOD FAT mayo
- 1/2 lemon, juiced ⠀
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend everything with a stick blender until thick and cremayyyyy ⠀
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- coconut or olive oil for drizzling
For the sweet potato: lay them on a baking tray with some space between each chip, drizzle with olive or coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon, cumin, salt and pepper. Roast for 40 minutes @ 180c until golden. Serve them and try to not orgasm.
