1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until warmed. 

The reason why I have ‘hot choc’ in inverted commas is because this drink is most definitely not as sweet as a regular hot chocolate and it also has the opposite effect of a hot chocolate. The regular hot chocolate= sugar ladden, liver dumping ew stuff inside VS anti-inflammatory ‘hot choc’=reduces inflammatory in the body, good for the gut, extremely high in antioxidants and is immune boosting.

The turmeric adds the anti-inflammatory, the raw cacao gives it a massive hit of antioxidants and immune boosting benefits and the cinnamon….well cinnamon does just about EVERYTHING

Optional : teaspoon rice malt syrup, to taste (we recommend no more than 1/2 teaspoon).

(I don’t include because the milk gives it enough sweetness and frankly you should be drinking this for a soothing drink, not to sure a sugar craving)
