Yoghurt Bowl with Superseed Sprinkle

This gut lovin’ yoghurt bowl is perfect in summer when you need a fresh and vibrant breakfast, lunch OR dinner! The superseed sprinkle adds some epic crunch and flavour to the coconut yoghurt, not to mention it is full of fibre and healthy fats that will keep you full for hours!

Superseed sprinkle:

  • 2 activated Brazil nuts
  • 8-10 activated almonds
  • 2 tbsp activated pepitas
  • 2 tbsp activated sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup fermented/fresh organic blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup or a handful of coconut chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Kultured Wellness Coconut Yoghurt
  • Extra sprinkle of cinnamon
  1. Blend the Superseed sprinkle ingredients together until roughly chopped
  2. Serve with blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut chips and of course yoghurt!!! And sprinkle with some extra cinnamon
