Homemade Coconut Milk

This coconut milk is perfect for my Turmeric Latte, hot chocolate, or anything that requires milk!

  • 1 x 400ml can of full-fat coconut milk (I use the brand Ayam)
  • 650 ml filtered water
  1. Shake the coconut milk very well in the can before opening
  2. Combine the water and coconut oil in your Vitamix or blender and blend on level 1 for 10 seconds. DO NOT OVER BLEND. If you over blend it, it will separate and go really clumpy.
