Wild Orange and Rhubarb Chia Porridge

Here’s to a grain free porridge! One that you can cozy up to in front of the fire at any time of the day and full of healthy fats

Serves 2

 

  • 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla bean powder
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • Shredded coconut to serve
  • Frozen berries to serve
  • Coyo to serve
  1. Combine everything in a sauce pot over low heat and let it cook for 15 minutes or until thick. You need to cook this on very low heat to prevent the seeds from going rancid.
  2. Meanwhile, toast some shredded coconut in an oven on 170 for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with the porridge along with coyo and berries.
