What I took Saturday night (actually Sunday morning when I got home) was 2 activated charcoal tablets, 400mg of magnesium glycinate, 1 activated b6, 1 scoop of vitamin C powder (is foul but it works), 3 high dose curcumin tablets from Golden Grind.
