Most of us have spent a whole year relatively alone, and we are exhausted by the stress of it all. We are desperate for so much human connection, and we are ignoring the signs when we’ve had a bit too much and need to tap our for a hot second to come back to our own energy ⁠⁠

It’s be fucking LUSHHH having pure ME time here in Sedona for these days 5 days and I’m kinda sad that tomorrow is my last day 🙁 ⁠⁠

Whilst I’m a sucker for my social time (I’m an extrovert through and through), I also know that my time doing things with just ME (and Jelly) has allowed me to re0ignite parts of myself that have been asleep for a bit. (Like my inner cowgirl that needs to get on some horses again!) ⁠⁠
