I’m not here to provide you with a BS guide of ‘how to eat’ everyone is different, has different lifestyle preferences and it is about working in those boundaries to create the most fulfilling, happiest and best life for yourself. Life is about having FUN and if you aren’t having fun then something has got to give. When your hormones are in balance and you understand your body, you are better able to have fun in life and realise what makes you happy.
I’m here to inspire, teach and help you correct your behaviours that are causing your health concerns and get you BACK ON TRACK to living the life you deserve!
If you are sick of feeling tired, bloated and just downright ‘ugh’ and want to regain your energy, feel better in your own skin, have better skin!, sleep better and make wiser and more mindful food and general health choices then you might just be in need of some coaching sessions with me! Whilst we will work through all areas of your life, I predominately work with my clients to address hormonal imbalances, missing periods, PMS, gut health and their relationship with food. This is because I have a background of my own hormonal imbalances, missing periods, gut health issues and a bad relationship with food so am better able to relate to my clients and they feel more understood by me.
We were not put on this planet to suffer. You deserve to know what it feels like to THRIVE, to have loving relationships, to be full of zest and to feel GREAT in your body and absolutely LOVE it.

You don’t want to spend another dollar on a stupid f**ing diet, or spend another day questioning why you can’t put the cookie jar down. I have the education, tools and knowledge to help you regain control of your health and happiness and never have to worry about that dreaded post-diet binge. Knowledge is power and you can’t un-know what you know. I will teach you all that you need to know so that you can go through the rest of your life grounded with a strong understanding of food and the body.
You will forget this idea that eating healthy is hard. In fact, I don’t even like the worth healthy! Vegetables, fats, nuts, seeds, proteins are not ‘healthy’, they are what our body is meant to have. Just like junk food isn’t ‘food’, it’s just ‘junk’.
Through my no-bullshit approach, my clients get results FAST and there is no beating around the bush. I will be your guide, mentor and friend. I will empower you to take your health into your own hands. Make your own choices surrounding your lifestyle. You will regain responsibility for your own personal health and wellness to sustain a lifestyle that supports this. Your behaviour will change in a positive way that supports your personal health and wellness goals.
Each session we will work towards creating REALISTIC change for you to make your dream life. Through my own experiences, I have developed 101 ways of eating more vegetables, a tonne of ways to get you moving your body with more love and my best interest at heart to ensure that you are looking in the mirror and LOVIN what you see. We will rewire your mindset to crave the right foods and have no interest in the junk (and this seriously works!), we will listen to YOUR body and pin point triggers that are causing your health and wellness to lapse.
The purpose of working with me, is so that you can take charge of your health and wellness for the REST of your life. Food has the power to heal us and I have discovered this through my own experiences and want to share it with you. I don’t believe in quick-fixes, ‘detoxes’, limiting your calorie intake or pumping iron at the gym.
In fact, I’m quite the opposite. I’m all about filling your up with fats, eating tonnes of food, and NOT pumping iron! (unless of course that really lights you up).

“When I contacted, Monica my main goals were to improve my eating habits and lose weight. Many of Monica’s ideas and suggestions to improve my eating habits were extremely useful and sustainable. These included things like mediation, regular, moderate exercise, and mindful eating. However, the most important, and truthful concept that I was taught was that it is not necessarily what you eat, but how you eat it. Food health and wellbeing, is so much more than what simply goes into your body, but how you think about, how you appreciate it, and how to relate it to your own body for maximum health. This finally convinced me that counting calories was not the answer, instead to focus on eating foods that I know made me feel goo and help my body to function.
