The perfect addition to just about any meal. Full of chlorophyll rich veggies, this dish will have your blood pumping!! Not to mention i love getting funky with colour veggies like this rainbow chard!
All these veggies are straight from the Farmers Market on the weekend. Organic, grown sustainably and full of LOVE!
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 gloves garlic, crushed
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 rainbow chard, chopped
2 bunches of broccolini, cut in half
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
olive oil, to serve
- Heat the oil and garlic in a fry pan and sauté the celery and broccolini for 3 minutes, add chard and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes on low. Turn off heat. Add the salt and pepper and toss well. Drizzle with olive oil to serve
