1. Preheat the oven to 200c and line a large baking tray. Place the mushrooms and zucchini on the tray and bake for 10 mins.
    2. Meanwhile in a small food processor, combine the nuts, coconut oil, herbs and lemon juice and processor until finely chopped.
    3. Pull out the tray and push the zucchini and mushrooms to the side. Add the pieces of barramundi and coat the fish with the herbs mix and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Place the asparagus around the fish and veggies and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
    5. While the fish is cooking, steam the green beans.
    6. To serve, divide the steamed greens, fish and roasted vegetables amongst the plates and drizzle vegetables with olive oil or butter.
