Green Chocolate Bulletproof Smoothie

An epic summer breakfast, lunch or dinner that will kick those cravings and satiate your body immediately. Don’t fear the amount of ingredients or fat – it is super fast to make and all the fats are beneficial for reducing inflammation, keeping your skin looking on point! and helping to balance your hormones.
300g steamed then frozen cauliflower/zucchini
2 tsp maca
1 Tbsp raw cacao
1/2 tsp vanilla bean
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp wheatgrass
1 tsp glow inner beauty powder
1 tsp slippery elm
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
300 ml water
1Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp brain octane oil
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt to serve
coconut chips to garnish
cinnamon to garnish
- Add everything (besides the toppings) into a high powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour half of it into a glass, add half the coconut yoghurt and then add the rest of the smoothie mix. Top with the rest of the coconut yoghurt and garnish with some coconut chips and cinnamon – ENJOY!
To make the cauliflower and zucchini, simply steam it until tender in a steamer and then freeze overnight. Cooking it first is much easier on your digestive system.
