This easy, throw-together dinner is a fantastic source of iron and vitamin A as it has….guess what…LIVER in it!

If you’ve already tried my Fertility Spag Bol then you probably trust me when I say that you cannot taste the liver. The spices help to mask any flavour, and the 80/20 ratio (80% lamb or beef mince with 20% chicken liver mince) works a charm 😉
