The perfect healthy alternative to store bought jams that are full of sugar
1 cup berries of your choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp water
- Throw all the ingredients into a small saucepan and use a stick blender to combine. Heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble. Reduce the heat and whisk constantly until thickened (3-5 mins).
- Stores for 1 week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer
