1. Bring the broth to a gentle simmer in a sauce pot and add the zucchini, broccolini, kale and meatballs and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the olive oil or butter and serve!P.s. if your broth doesn’t already have salt it (my recipe asks you to put in the salt when you go to serve it) in then add a good pinch of salt. If you have already added salt to your batch, then you probably don’t need anymore.
